- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 3/4 c. bread flour
- 1/4 c. wheat bran
- 2 tbsp. dry milk
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Place in bread machine in order given. Timer may be used. Makes 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
